My Workout Routine
My workouts a gear more towards losing fat and gaining and maintaining muscles. I focus on short and intense sessions to get the most out of my workouts. The primary focus of my health I what I eat, I work hard to fin healthy, organic, non-GMO food so my body can process it and receive nutrients. I have learned that consistency is the key, eat clean and stay active.
My workouts for most days are 20 to 30 minutes that focus on one area (chest, back, butt and more). My short workouts are working for me and my body type, but remember that every workout should be customized for your body, need, and available time. Regardless of your shape and size, you can always customize any workout to fit your need to accomplish your goals. The goal is to aim for results on a daily basis but combining and changing exercises. Keeping records of your workouts shows you the progress that you are making every month.

I do my best to use my body weight to do my workouts and use weights (dumbells and barbell) just few days of the week when I workout.
