Learning about Your Dark Circles

Most individuals always go by the usual assumption that you have dark circles under your eyes because of exhaustion. Looking like you are always tired is not the best look for your face. An effect that you will see is your dark circles taking away from your eyes, and just overall ad unwanted simple look to your face. There are more than a few reasons that cause those dark looks around your eyes.

The Mayo Clinic as listed some like

•Allergies •Atopic dermatitis (eczema) •Heredity — dark under-eye circles can run in families •Lifestyle factors, such as physical or emotional stress, smoking, or chronic alcohol use can take a toll on your appearance •Pigmentation irregularities — these are a particular concern for people of color, especially blacks and Asian.

•Rubbing or scratching your eyes •Sun exposure, which prompts your body to produce more melanin, the pigment that gives skin its color •Thinning skin and loss of fat and collagen — common as you age — can make the reddish-blue blood vessels under your eyes more obvious You can help some of those problem areas by cleansing your face with a facial cleanser that works with your skin type. Making sure the skin is clean and fresh will help your pore close and look healthier. Applying eye cream on a daily basis to the area will go a long way, not only will your skin stay rejuvenated but maintain. Massaging the eye area makes a difference for most people. Using your ring finger because it adds the least pressure to your eye area, it will help blood circulate to keep the dark circles away. Keeping your eyes out of the sun when possible should be a must because of sun damage. The skin on your face is already sensitive, but your eye area is, even more, sensitive. Using not only sunscreen but a high SPF facial sunscreen will help on the protection of your eyes.
