Want to have a day where you can relax and pamper yourself? How about not spending a fortune doing so on a spa treatment? Give yourself a treatment at home by washing your face, deep conditioning your hair, taking a very relaxing bath, and doing a beautiful manicure and pedicure for your nails. By the end of the day, you will not miss the spa! Things You'll Need

A bathrobe, Essential Oils, Olive Oil, Slippers, Face Wash, Toner, Moisturizer, Bubble Bath, Body Wash, Loofah, Shampoo/Conditioner, Face Mask, Cucumber, Cotton balls, Lotion, Candles (aromatherapy, regular, or battery-operated), Spray bottle, Rose water, Epsom Salt, Sea Salt, Pajamas, Nail Kit, A comfortable place, Hair clip or scrunchy, Some relaxing music. (Feel Free to add product as needed) Almost all your products can be purchase at your local store or go to drugstore/beauty.com for more discounts. Brush your teeth Very simple part of your spa day to help you mouth feels fresh. Use an excellent tooth past, if you can an original type to clean your teeth. Afterward, make sure to use a kind of mouthwash to get a fresh breath and that clean feeling then flosses your teeth to complete your mouth cleaning. Whiten your teeth Now you can whitening your teeth in many ways, you can get whitening strips from the store that works great, but if you are using all natural products, you can just add a little baking soda to your toothbrush and brush your teeth regularly to get them whiter over time.

Skin and Hair

Take a shower Shampoo your hair clean to get rid of all the dirt and residues, along with oils. Use your favorite body wash that complement your skin type. Find natural products that renewed your skin and made it feels soft. Scrub your skin with a loofah to exfoliate. Shave your legs and underarms as well to help keep your skin healthy and looking beautiful. Wash your face Using a gentle face cleanser that is a match for your skin type, wash your face thoroughly. Afterward, use a gentle toner to clean any remaining residue on your face. Then, moisturize with a non-scented, oil-free moisturizer. Pluck your eyebrows The warm water our skin after washing your face will help open up your pores. Warm water will allow you to pluck your eyebrows with ease. Shape your brows the way you like, thin or thick depending on your look. Do a steam facial Pick a few herbs that are good for your skin, fill a pot with water and add your herbs in the water to boil. After setting it on low let it cook for about 20 to 30 minutes, afterward, strain the herbs from the water in a bowl. Add some essential oils like mint or lavender to the water for a little bit of extra flair. Drape a towel over your head and sit with your head over the steaming water. Stay put with your headcover for about 5-15 minutes. Put on some music before you do this to have something nice to listen to and not get bored while steaming your face. Boil water and pour into a large bowl or your bathroom sink. Add some essential oils or a few sprigs of mint to the water for a little bit of extra flair. Drape a towel over your head and sit with your head over the steaming water. Stay there for about 5-10 minutes. Listen to music while doing this so it's not as annoying.

Use a face mask Now you have the choice to either purchase a face mask or to make a homemade a mask. The mask will work its magic on your skin; you will also want to add two slices of cucumbers to your eyes to reduce puffiness and reduce redness. Let your mask stay on from 10 to 20 minutes depending on what type of mask you make or the instructions on your store bought a mask.

Tone and plump the skin on your face Help your skin look even better by using something as simple as an ice cube and a plastic bag. Add a few cube of ice inside a small plastic bag, gently rub your face with it in an upward motion for about 3 to 5 minutes. Make sure the ice is not too cold as to not burn your skin, this can help tying your skin and close open pores. Take a bath Now taking a shower is the first step to cleaning your skin, you get to remove all the dead skin first, but you also want to take a bath to relax your body all the way. Start by filling the tub with warm water, if you do not have jets add a little more warm water than usual to keep your bath warm. With jets adjust the temperature as needed to. Then add your favorite soothing, scented bubble bath along with some essential oils like lavender to help your muscles relax. Add that extra spa touch by adding some flower peddles and let them sit on top of the water, add a few aromatherapy candles (regular, or battery-operated) around the tub to help you get to relax. Now tie your hair up in a bun and get in the bath, use a towel to make a light pillow and rest your head on a comfy pillow. Remember to keep your soft music playing as a relaxation factor, lay in your bath for 30 to 40 minutes for a proper soak. Then, get out and put on a soft bathrobe and comfortable slippers. A final touch to your bath sprays you with a mix of rose water to keep you smelling sweet as a rose. Moisturize your face and body You want to keep you body nice and moisturize, so use a body moisturizer that you preferred. Natural homemade moisturizers are great, you can also use the ones from your local stores and still get great results.

Deep condition your hair Apply a natural deep conditioner to your hair, make sure it is thoroughly coated. Cover your hair with a plastic shower cap, let it set for 20 to 30 minutes. To avoid heat damage wrap a warm towel around your head to help warm up the conditioner. After wrapping your head seat until the 30 minutes is up. Unwrap your head and rinse it out with hot water, and then finish off with cool water to close your cuticles. Give yourself a pedicure Fill a large soaking bowl with hot water than add a cup of espon foot salt. Add a tablespoon of olive oil to the water and mix it all in, remove any nail polish, then just put your feet in the mix. Leave your feet in for 15 to 30 minutes depend on the need for it to properly soak and exfoliate dead skin. After drying your feet you will want to massage a foot cream or oil to help it stay smooth longer. You then can leave your feet bare or add your favorite nail polish on. Next, rub on some foot cream. Give yourself a manicure Fill a small bowl with warm water, add a tablespoon of sea salt and olive oil. Remove any nail polish from your fingernails and soak your hands in the mix for about 15 minutes. Afterward, dry your hands, push back any cuticles and file your nails to keep them looking nice and even, use a hand scrub if needed to get rid of any dead skin left over. Afterward, dry your hands and use a hand lotion or oil to give your hand a nice soft hand massage. Afterward, let your hands hair dry and the hand cream set on your skin, if you want to paint your nails with your favorite polish now is the time.

Get comfortable Now disconnect from the world by turning off your phone, TV, and any other devices that can be a distraction. Wash with gentle cleansers that will not dry out your skin, and always rub gently in an upward circular motions as you wash. •Be gentle with your body or face when you are washing it. Scrubbing too hard or too vigorously can advance signs of aging in the skin. •Make sure you check all products ingredients and avoid any ones that you are or may be allergic to. •If you are using candles that require the use of fire, be careful not to burn yourself or your hair! •Make sure that your bath water is warm, but not hot enough that it could burn you. •Consult your doctor if necessary about any facial products to make sure nothing will happen to your skin.
