Homemade cucumber & lemon vitamin water


Drinking good energy drinks when working out is vital to your health and performance. With so many essential products out now, you have some choices to pick from, the choice is always yours. Another choice you do have is making your healthy vitamin water at home, to start with let us make our first drink at home. Classic: Lemon/cucumber Mix in a pitcher: 10 cups of water + 1 cucumber and one lemon thinly sliced +1/4 cup fresh finely chopped basil leaf + 1/3 of finely chopped fresh mint leaves.

Leave in the refrigerator overnight before serving to help the herbs infuse in the water and get the best benefit of your vitamin water.
